Adjusted Delivery Dates in December

As December approaches and the year draws to a close, we’d like to inform you of our revised opening hours and delivery dates for the festive period.
Stocktaking Closure
On Thursday, 11 December, our warehouse will be closed for annual stocktaking. Please place your orders by 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 10 December to ensure same-day processing. Orders received after this deadline will be processed once the stocktake is complete.
Christmas Event Adjustments
On the afternoon of Thursday, 18 December, both our office and warehouse will be closed for a staff outing. Orders placed that morning will be dispatched as usual.
Order in Time for Christmas Closure
Our office will be closed from Thursday, 25 December until Thursday, 1 January. The warehouse will remain closed for a longer period, from Thursday, 25 December until Friday, 2 January 2026.
To ensure your orders are processed before the holidays, please place them by 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 23 December. If you plan to order in bulk, we kindly ask you to submit your order by Friday, 19 December at the latest. Orders received after the 23 December deadline will be processed in the new year.
